Aben Kerry Arts offers two main types of artwork:

  • Digital Art Prints (Soft Copies) – Instant-download files you can print anywhere in the world.

  • Premium Framed Artworks – Ready-to-hang physical framed pieces delivered anywhere in Cameroon.

2. Where is Aben Kerry Arts based?

We are based in Douala, Cameroon, but we serve customers worldwide through our digital downloads.

3. Do you create all the artworks yourself?

Yes. All artworks are created by Aben Kerry, blending modern styles, bold expression, and a unique artistic identity.

4. How do I receive my digital art print?

Immediately after purchase, your download link is emailed to you within seconds.

5. What file format will I receive?

All digital prints come in high-resolution JPEG or PNG, perfect for printing anywhere.

6. Can I print the artwork myself?

Yes! You can print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

7. Is the digital file watermarked?

No, you receive the full clean, high-resolution file without any watermark.

8. Do you deliver framed art in Cameroon?

Yes. We deliver framed artworks anywhere in Cameroon, including Douala, Yaoundé, Buea, Limbe, Bamenda, Bafoussam, and more.

9. What is the production and delivery time?

  • 1–3 days to process and prepare your framed artwork

  • 1–2 days for delivery

    Total: 2–5 days, depending on location

10. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

No, all artworks are made on demand. Full payment is required before production begins.

11. What sizes are available?

Sizes vary by artwork, but all are offered in modern standard frame sizes suitable for home or office décor.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Mobile Money (MTN / Orange)

  • Bank card payments

  • International card payments for digital downloads

📦 Orders & Support

13. How do I track my order?

You can track your framed artwork delivery using your Order Number on our Track My Order page.

14. My download link didn’t arrive. What do I do?

Check your spam folder. If not found, contact us, and we’ll resend it instantly.

15. Can I get a refund?

  • Digital downloads: Non-refundable (since files cannot be returned).

  • Framed Art: Refunds available only if the item arrives damaged.

16. Can international customers buy artwork?

Yes — all digital prints are available worldwide.

17. Do you ship framed art internationally?

Not yet. Framed artworks currently ship within Cameroon only.
