To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our refund and return guidelines below:
📌 Digital Art Prints (Instant Downloads)
All digital art purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once files have been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds because digital items cannot be returned.
If you experience any issues, such as file errors, download problems, or quality concerns, please contact us at contact@abenkerryarts.com, and we will resolve it immediately.
📌 Premium Framed Art (Physical Orders – Cameroon Only)
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
✔ Damaged Item on Delivery
If your framed artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with:

We will replace the item free of charge.
✔ Wrong Item Received
If you receive the incorrect artwork or size, we will arrange a replacement.
